P.hD Admissions: Enrolment form and information brochure are available from NSOU counter at Allahabad Bank, Elgin Road branch, Kolkata-700 020 during office hours on payment of Rs. 100/-. Completed enrolment forms along with necessary documents are to be submitted to the University Headquarters at 1, Woodburn Park, Kolkata--700020. The fees are to be submitted by the demand draft payable to Netaji Subhas Open University. Applicant should write his/her full name, application serial number on the reverse of the draft. Post Graduate Courses Admission: Admission schedule will be notified in the newspapers in the month of May every year. Enrolment form and information brochure are available from all the study centres on Saturday and Sunday during office hours on payment of Rs. 100/-.
Completed enrolment forms along with prescribed fees as detailed below is to be submitted to the study centres within last date announced. Applications may be received beyond stipulated last date on payment of a late fee Rs. 100/-. The fees are to be submitted by the demand draft payable to Netaji Subhas Open University (Name of the study centre) . Applicant should write his full name, application serial number on the reverse of the draft.
In laboratory based subjects, where seats are limited, only application form is to be submitted first to the study centres or a single selected venue. Selection will be made on the basis of merit and requisite fees are to be deposited after the selection list is published.

Bachelor's Degree Programme (BDP) Admissions: learner is enrolled according to his/her choice usually at the study centre nearest to his/her home/contact address. Prospectus along with application form is available from the Study Centres, during their office hours on Saturdays and Sundays on payment of Rs. 50/-.
Filled-in Application Forms are to be submitted to the selected Study Centre on payment of the prescribed fees by demand draft. Payment particulars are to be stated in the enrolment form.
Post Graduate Diploma Courses Admissions: Admission schedule will be notified in the newspaper before the commencement of each session. Information brochure together with enrolment form will be available from the office of all study centres of the university on Saturday and Sunday during office ours of the study centre on payment of Rs. 100/-..
